I’m Louise. A London & Midlands based Creative Recruiter with 10+ Years of creative agency Experience.
Having been on the other side, I decided to dive into the world of recruitment a few years ago, ensuring my candidates have a great experience with a recruiter who really cares they find the right role for them and understands the creative industry and I haven’t looked back!
I have strong knowledge of the roles I recruit for and I understand the need to have the right people in the right roles from both a creative agency and candidate’s perspective. What I enjoy about recruitment is being able to give candidates and agencies a good collaborative experience, which has led me to set-up Be Brilliant. I personally have had mixed experiences dealing with recruiters both as candidate and part of hiring teams. This has made me want to deliver first class recruitment, taking the clients and candidates on the journey with me to ensure the right candidate is placed with the right company for the long term
