I am working with a lovely small agency who create really innovative marketing and branding projects. This established agency has had over 15 years success in the industry working on projects for clients in FMCG, charities, automotive and more. They are looking to add an experienced Account Manager (£40-45K DOE) to their team who has experience being client facing and managing projects. This role would also suit a Project Manager who likes being client facing, is super organised and loves variety in their role.
The Role
This opportunity will involve attending daily client calls and coordinating information between the design, creative team, and the client. You will play a key part in project delivery from briefing through to conception, keeping track of all stages of the project, updating project progress records and liaising with third-party suppliers.
You will work closely with the creative design team to go over the client feedback in detail and establish an achievable timeline for the work requested to be carried out. Keep track of project milestones, flagging to the wider team any issues, which may impact the project delivery timeline.
Occasionally some support from the Account Manager will be required to gather project information for client presentations for pitches and putting together client quotations and detailed timing plans.
About you:
- Good communicator who is very organised with a great eye for detail
- Used to being client facing and coordinating info between designers, the digital team and the client
- Experienced with keeping track of work schedules and project status reports
- Used to working with third party suppliers
- Great ability to switch from one project to the next
- Good at leading on client calls and providing detailed follow-up responses
- Managed creative projects in past roles and played a key part in ensuring a seamless project delivery
