Studio Coordinator

They are looking for a highly organised and motivated Studio Coordinator to join their team and contribute to the smooth operation of the growing studio.

The Studio Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio. This individual will be responsible for coordinating various activities and ensuring that all studio resources are used efficiently and to schedule. The Studio Coordinator will report to the Head of Operations and have experience managing a small team.


  • Manage studio schedules and calendars, including booking studio space for projects, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate with client services and other internal team members to schedule studio bookings and meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for studio inquiries and requests, both internal and external
  • Ensure that studio equipment is properly maintained and serviced, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for studio staff and clients as necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
  • Support the coordination of studio events, including planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the agency.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the studio environment.


  • Previous experience in a studio environment as either a Studio Coordinator or Manager
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and studio management scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
